Olivia is responsible for helping with the day-to-day operations and overseeing scheduling, accounts payable and receivable, and customer service.
She has a degree in dental training from California before transitioning to the water conditioning industry, with 21 years as a business owner and 21 years of experience in water treatment.
Olivia has a unique method for explaining billing issues to our clients while treating them with respect and kindness. She is highly people-orientated, thanks to her dental training. She loves what she does and ensures our employees and clients are treated well.
Olivia enjoys spending time with her family, her husband Michael, and their German Shepherd Girls. She looks forward to date nights with Michael and going out for a nice dinner.

Joe loves spending quality family time with his three daughters and doing things around the house when not at work. He also is a frequent cruiser and has sailed to numerous ports.
Nikki joined the Rain Water Conditioning team full-time after graduating high school. She now has over eight years of experience in the water conditioning industry.

She has attended various sales seminars over the years to enhance her already impressive customer service skills, which she’s had since high school. She is highly people-orientated and loves educating people about our various water softening, filtration, and conditioning systems.
She has a knack for explaining how each system functions in terms our clients can easily understand. She is also very efficient in scheduling jobs for our service and installation technicians. She even goes above and beyond by routing out all jobs to ensure they can be completed in a timely manner.
In her free time, Nikki loves spending time with her daughter. She prefers home life with various hobbies and projects. She also looks forward to spending quiet evenings with her boyfriend, Pedro.
