She has a degree in dental training from California before transitioning to the water conditioning industry, with 21 years as a business owner and 21 years of experience in water treatment.
Olivia has a unique method for explaining billing issues to our clients while treating them with respect and kindness. She is highly people-orientated, thanks to her dental training. She loves what she does and ensures our employees and clients are treated well.
Olivia enjoys spending time with her family, her husband Michael, and their German Shepherd Girls. She looks forward to date nights with Michael and going out for a nice dinner.
Joe Furtado: Service Manager
Joe’s 34 years of experience in the water conditioning industry lends itself well to providing exceptional service for our clients.

Nikki joined the Rain Water Conditioning team full-time after graduating high school. She now has over eight years of experience in the water conditioning industry.
