We moved into a new home and needed a water softener and reverse osmosis system. We stopped by the store and spoke to Nickole. She was very knowledgeable and helped us find the right products for our home. Installation was quick and seamless. There was a noticeable improvement in our water quality right way. We've had our systems for 2 months now and we are very pleased. Highly recommend Rain Water!

We had our water softener and RO system installed in November. Everything was completed on time and done in a professional manner. Our water tastes great and our ice cubes are crystal clear. I especially like the idea that I will be contacted for both salt deliveries and filter changes making this a complete service. What's more, this system is less than 1/2 the price of the system at our previous address. We are very pleased with the system.

I recently purchased water conditioner recommended by David. On the day of appt David was very professional asked us a few questions and he already knew what product was suitable for our house. It only took him 20 mins to install the water conditioner and provided best customer service. Thank you for your professional and best customer service!!!!

After calling Rain water and speaking with Nickole. We made an appointment for inspection. Everything was explained to us in detail for the pricing and size of unit needed for a 2- person household. She was very helpful, and we decided on Rainwater.

My plumber recommended I contact Rain of LV when my old water softener just decided to fillup, overflow and then stop working. I called, got a human being on the phone who was helpful right from the start. She arranged to have someone come to my house the next day. The tech showed me exactly why my old unit was no longer working and he was able to install a new one on the spot. My water no longer has any odor at all and is clearly (pun intended!) better than it was while using the original unit. I recommend this company completely!

I recently purchased a home with a very old non functional water softener. After getting a higher estimate elsewhere (for less of a system and no RO included), I confidently decided to go with RainLV. Not only was Matt very informative about the UD60 and Nelson RO, there was no pressure to immediately make a decision. Supporting local family businesses is important to me.
