Rain of Las Vegas was referred to me by my sister, who is a long-term happy customer of theirs. I went to the store, and Nikki showed me all the options of the water purification systems that were available at their store and their prices. She made it very clear to me how each system works and its cost to fit my lifestyle.

To avoid paying a lot of money for the middleman from other competitions, I decided to go with a family-owned business, such as Rain of Las Vegas. Matt came to my home to chemically check the water quality for free with no obligation. I decided to go back to the Rain of Las Vegas 2 weeks after the water test to pick the right water filtration system. Matt came to do the measurement for the water system installation to finalize the total cost.

The two systems that I decided were the water softener and a reverse-osmosis system for drinking. Both systems were installed on the same day by Matt. The installation was clean, neat, and precise, as I was informed. At the end of the installation of the two systems, Matt did a walk-through with me of how the systems work.

I saved a lot of money with my decision I made to go with Rain of Las Vegas for the water softener and the water osmosis systems.

I would recommend Rain of Las Vegas to friends and family. Job well done and thanks to Rain of Las Vegas for making the water drinkable and extending the life of all my appliances in my new home. Rain of Las Vegas got a solid 5 out of 5 stars from me.

We’ve lived several places in 3 States, and this the first time the drinking water was not good. After lugging bottled water for almost 4 years, we wished we found Rain years ago. Professional, Fast, and delicious Water! 5 Stars! ⭐️

After researching multiple water softener systems and speaking to several companies I made the decision to go with Rain of Las Vegas. I stopped by their showroom in Las Vegas and spoke with Nickole. She was very Knowledgeable and helped me chose the system that was the best fit for our household. The installation was performed by Matt who did a great job and took care while installing the system in our new house. The system seems to be functioning properly and the difference in the water quality is amazing! We are glad that we chose Rain of Las Vegas to handle our water treatment needs.

Moved into a new house and decided to get a water softener system installed. Reached out to Rain of LV since I had read good reviews. Nickole was very helpful, provided plenty of information on the various systems, and answered my questions in a timely manner. Install and new user walkthrough were quick and easy. Ice cubes are now much clearer than before. 10/10 would recommend.

Our old unit wasn’t working so we called Rain of Las Vegas to come out and assess our unit. The part to fix it would have been $500 so we decided on a new unit Joe and a new trainee gave us our options and quickly got to work on installing UD 60. We are very happy with the new unit and the great work from Joe.

Very efficient, We have had a reverse osmosis for 27 years with the same company, and changed over to Rain. Underneath the sink is so much neater with Rain then we ever have seen it. We have had there water softner for many years and have been very happy with there service for that also. We highly recommend Rain for all your water needs

We moved to Nevada from New Jersey not knowing anything about hard water. The owner couldn’t have been any nicer and took the time to explain everything we needed to know for our new home. The whole experience was seamless and the installer was very professional and explained everything about the water softener.
