Today Oct 4th was the first time I used this service. My serviceman Cody Craig was exceptional. He introduced himself, dressed in company uniform and just very professional. I will use this company again and ask for " Cody".

Replaced our 15 year old water purifier with a new purifier from Rain of LV. Rain installer was very professional and timely. Very happy with our new system and would recommend RainLV for all water conditioning products.

We purchased the RAIN GRO-450 Reverse Osmosis System and the UD-60 Water Conditioning System. We met with Nickole at their showroom who educated us on their systems and helped us pick the system that would work for best for us. Working with Nickole was was an outstanding experience, she was knowledgeable on all of their products and kind and patient to answer all of our questions. The installation with Cody was the same experience, he explained the installation process and how it all works.

WE WOULD HIGHLY RECOMMEND RAIN OF LAS VEGAS !!!!!

We recently had Joe come out and replaced our softener. He arrived at the agreed time, was courteous and very professional. This was our second replacement and will call them again when its time. They are the only ones we will call.

Thank you Dave - Great service. We installed your softener 16 years ago. Well it finally gave out and we had to install a new softener. So we called Rain of Las Vegas and Dave took great care of us. We highly recommend Rain of Las Vegas.

Two weeks ago Rain installed a reverse osmosis system in our five year old house. Installation went perfect. Took time to explain how system works and what maintenance is required. We have been using Rain since we moved here for delivery of salt and water testing and have always had excellent service.
Highly recommended company!

A few weeks ago Rain installed a quad 80 water softener and a kitchen sink RO system. My wife and I shopped around and felt that Rain had the best track record and sold quality equipment at a great price.We were very pleased with the office, sales, and installation team. Our water is now soft and we can enjoy fresh RO water from the kitchen tap. We highly recommend Rain Water of Las Vegas for any of your water treatment needs.

I want to thank Nicole for her kindness and patience when I called. My previous water softener finally gave out after 18 years. As a older senior citizen I did not want at this time to purchase a new system. Nicole let me know they have rentals monthly with no contract. I said YES and a few days later Matt came and took away the old one and installed the new rental. Matt was kind and patient also. So happy to have soft water again at a reasonable rate. Grateful, this company shines.
