We researched a number of softeners and the Rain system was clearly the best for our needs. We loved that their pricing includes everything—equipment, installation and all taxes right up front.We also got the undersink water filtration which we absolutely love. I called Rain of Las Vegas as I was having a leaking water softner. After a check he found the old system was functioning at less than 50% capacity and the leak couldnt be fixed as parts were not available. A new system was installed within an hour and the old system was removed from the garage.
After a few months now, the New Water Softner system is running great. Our water is being conditioned and I know this helps the water appliances and pipes in the house. I am happy with the service offered by rain of Las Vegas.

I rent a home and needed to get a quote to replace our Water Softener. Russell answered all of my questions installed a water softener and an RO system under my sink for an extremely reasonable price. I would highly recommend working with rainwater and especially working with Russell. Outstanding customer service and exceptional knowledge base.

Joe and Brandon stop by to give me an idea of what a new water softener would cost me. Great guys. After shopping around in a few more estimates the water softeners are the same price for quality products of dealers in this town. I went with Joe and Brandon for their Joe because of his upfront discussions. They did a great job installing did a great job on installation clean and thorough.  Great service, I would stick with these guys!

I called RainWaterLV yesterday afternoon to get an estimate for a water softening system to replace the one that came with my new build 13 years ago. Nicole was very professional and informative ... after a few quick questions I recieved an estimate I couldn't refuse! She then asked when I would like to schedule the service and I replied, "... tomorrow?" ... she proceeded to schedule me for this afternoon between 12 -4p.

Russel, the install technician commincated when he was 10 mins awary, arrived at around 1230p today and was done before 2p (installed both the softener and an under sink RO). Very friendly, courteous and efficent! He took his time explaining all of the new equipment and patiently answered any and all questions I had. I did not expect this process to happen so smoothly ... I really should have given RainWaterLV a call a LONG time ago.

Had a very positive experience with Rain of Las Vegas. Their prices were the lowest by far (and I got bids from 4 other companies). Customer service is great. Communication before the install and the day-of was great. Installation was quick and efficient. I'm recommending Rain of Las Vegas to anyone that need a new system.
