Getting a quote was super fast and easy and they answered all my questions. Wyatt installed the system and did a great job!! Would definitely recommend getting a water softener from RAIN - makes such a big difference on hair and skin. Top notch quality customer service from RAIN!

Not only was the system installed quickly and efficiently, the customer service from Wyatt was top-notch. Ever since we had the system installed at the house our drinking water, clothes washing, and showering has been elevated to a whole new level. I am a very detailed type and today am a very satisfied customer! Matt Padget was the technician involved. He took the time to check and double check (test) the quality of the water. It was determined the house existing system was not functioning properly i.e., not providing soft water, and although only 6 years old, the system had to be replaced! I thank Matt very much for taking the time to show me "why" the system had to be replaced. He went through the installation process of the complete new system in quite detail fashion which I appreciated. There were some hiccups along the way but he was well equipped and able to resolve all issues. Matt is a very proffesional individual, very competent, fully committed to the task at hand, and customer focused! He is a keeper, do not let him go! I look forward and will request Matt for any future routine service and/or maintenance. Money well spent! Thank you kindly for your excellent service!

Recently had a water softener installed by Rain of Las Vegas. Was an excellent experience from the first time I called. They quoted a price on the first call and installed 2 days later. Replacing an old system from a business that could not even schedule a service call unless I waited a month. A recently retired from owing my own independent retail business. It makes a big difference to me how I am treated. The quality of the service was A+. Will be calling again when my drinking water system needs to be replaced. Keep up the good work!

Like most homeowners shopping around for a water softener, I spent a few hours looking over the products at the big box stores, Amazon, and reaching out to some local plumbers. Eventually, I found Rain's website and was impressed by the Better Business Bureau ratings and client reviews. It was a weekend morning so I did not think I would get a response to my inquiry until Monday, but in a few minutes I received a telephone call from Joe. We chatted for about ten minutes and I was so impressed with Joe's knowledge and the firm's thirty year history in Vegas, I ended up buying a water softener system over the phone. The system was installed early the following week. Matt, the installer was equally impressive and did a beautiful install in about a hour or so. Explained everything and told me that both he and his wife had been working for Rain for years and considered it family. These folks are honest, hardworking folks that will treat you fairly and stand by their products and installation. Don't waste your time with the big box stores or other plumbing outfits. A few weeks earlier, I had received a quote for a similar water softener system from a plumbing company that was doing some other work at my home. That quote was literally twice the cost of Rain's system. Couldn't be happier that I went with Rain.

When you are new to an area its not always easy to find good reliable people that give you straight talk. But i hit the jackpot with Wyatt at Rain Water Conditioning. I now have my system in place. David recently installed a new soft water system for me earlier this year. I have had contact with him over the years for the servicing of the filter system for reverse osmosis at my home. He is both comfortable and expert. I always ask for him. V. Richardson
