We were having a problem with our water softener that was installed in 2015. Shawn arrived and quickly determined the problem. Base on the age of my unit, I had figure it needed to be replaced. Shawn explain the options Rain had available to fit our needs. We chose and he installed that day. Outstanding customer service and a very efficient install.

We had a water softener at our home installed a few years ago by a plumbing company. It just never seemed to work correctly. We called Rain for a consultation and boy are we glad we did. Shawn came the same day we called and quickly diagnosed that the unit was broken internally and not functional. He was upfront in discussing our options and the cost/benefit analysis of each based upon our use and needs. We chose a unit and Shawn installed it on the spot. It functions perfectly. So, thanks to Rain of Las Vegas, our problem was solved at a reasonable price in one day.

The best water system for hard water in Las Vegas. It has been about 2 months since our new water conditioning system was installed, since then we’ve seen clean clear water with no spots. Excellent customer service! Joe was very responsive and professional Highly recommend them for any of your water filtration needs!

Cannot say enough about this business. Joe was professional and very neat. He connected my new system in under an hour. I had a few quotes and up until Rain, I felt like the quotes were ridiculous. I spoke to Joe and he gave me two options and explained everything. After i met him and i saw how meticulous he was, I knew i made the right decision. Found a total flood under kitchen sink & called Rain at 7:30. Charlie called back in about 20 minutes & said she would get someone out asap.
Russel arrived before 9 & had R/O system replaced & also checked water softener as it wasn’t using salt. Replace water softener and was done by10:30!
He was very courteous & knowledgeable. Cleaned up everything.

Russell was able to come to our home on very short notice, and replace our entire water softner system in 30min. He spent time answering questions, and educating us on the new setup. We have soft water again, which was desperately missed.
We would absolutely recommend Rain Water of LV to anyone who needs a new system.

Chose Rain because the last softener I purchased from them lasted 20 years. I had an installation window from 9am to noon because the installer had another installation before mine. Matt called me around 8:45am saying he should be at my house in about 15 to 20 minutes. He was friendly, knowledgeable, and very efficient...exactly the kind of person you would want to work on your home. He was done in less than an hour! Great service! I highly recommend Rain and Matt.

We had a great experience with Rain Water of Las Vegas from start to finish. The entire process was fast and easy. Nikki at the shop was friendly, knowledgeable, and answered all of our questions. She made the purchasing process quick and stress free.

Shawn, our technician, was amazing. He was friendly, easy to talk to, and took the time to explain how the new system works and what to watch for. He worked incredibly fast and was helpful every step of the way.

We contacted Rain of LV when our 10+ year old legacy R/O system (purchased thru another company) developed a couple of leaks in failing tube connections. Rain previously had done repair work on our home water softener unit and replaced the R/O system's filters. Given the fairly urgent need (due to the leaks necessitating shut off of water to the sink), the team at Rain was able to respond to our service request that same morning. Russell arrived as scheduled and talked us thru the economics of the repair vs replace decision. There was no upsell pressure, he was equally willing to repair the old system as to install new. We decided to replace and Russell had the job completed within 30-40 minutes. We are very satisfied with our experience and will recommend Rain to our neighbors. Only minor callout we have is that Rain’s website and Google reflects their business hours as opening at 7am, however in reality it is apparently 8am according to the voicemail answering message (?)
