After a lot of product research and review analysis, I decided to go with Rainwater for a new RO system. The installation was professional and the rep walked me through how to use the system. I've since decided to install a Rainwater water softener since the first experience was very positive.

After much research and deliberation we picked Rainwater for our water softener and RO system. Everything was professionally installed. Russell was great and explaining everything upfront including total pricing.

Absolutely fantastic. They were quick and professional. My skin felt significantly better after the first day. We also got the reverse osmosis system for drinking water and it’s way better than any bottled water that we were buying. Our ice cubes are almost completely clear as well since the system filters the fridge as well. 10/10 recommend both.

We have been wanting to get a new softener for quite some time. Two friends of ours had told us about their very positive experiences as Rain customers, so Rain is who we selected for a replacement softener and possible replacement reverse osmosis system. I called Rain during after-hours and early on the next business day, I was contacted by a very friendly representative who was able to give me a same-day appointment with Sean, a Rain technician.

Sean arrived early within the appointment window given and asked questions regarding what I thought was the problem with the existing softener (resin starting to move through our plumbing pipes and fixtures). I asked him to tell me about the different systems they had and decided on the single tank that softened water and reduced chlorine. He installed the new softener the same day.

Next, he tested our RO water and said our system was doing its job. With that, we decided to not replace it at this time. He did give input regarding why our new air gap faucet was leaking, and with my permission he looked under the sink and in about one minute, reconnected two tube hoses to bypass the air gap. Two days later, no more leaking! When our current RO needs to be replaced, we will certainly call Rain and (and Sean)!

As for the softener, after two days of use, it's a bit too early for us to tell the difference in the feel of the water and I still have a few plumbing fixtures to open up to get air out and new softened water through.

We replaced our old Rain of Las Vegas water softener for a new one. What a difference it makes!
I am not a great water drinker but I love the water now. There is a huge difference.
Living in the desert we all experience extremely dry skin. Having a water conditioner makes your skin feel so much softer.
I even signed up for the salt to be delivered to my home. No more going to the store to pick up 40 LB bags and carrying it to my car , then carrying it to my soft water system to fill and hoping I won't drop it.

We moved to Las Vegas a little over 2 years ago and purchased a home that already had a water softener and reverse osmosis system in place. I hadn't changed the filters in the 2 years that we've been here.
The water was not tasting or smelling the best so I mentioned it to my friend Erin Choranziak, and she said, It's definitely time to change your filters.
She told me to call Rain of Las Vegas and schedule a filter replacement, so I did.
Their tech Russell came to the house and started by testing our water. He said our older water softener was barely functioning, and recommended a new softener.
I was very skeptical, but our water was so bad that I swallowed hard and decided to replace the water softener and all our Reverse Osmosis filters.
That was a great decision!
Within hours of Russell replacing everything, our water now tastes great. Our showers are noticeably better and my wife says her hair is much softer and easier to comb thru after the shower.

I received a new water softener that is of superior quality to my last. I highly recommend Rain of Las Vegas; they were punctual and did not pressure us in any way which made a huge difference in why I went with them and their product
