Joe followed-up with us very quickly after inquiring about our options through the Rainwater LV website. He gave detailed descriptions about each system and we ultimately opted for their QUAD80 system.

On the day of installation, we were helped by Dave, who was friendly and clearly very knowledgeable about our system. He walked us through each step of the install process and answered any questions we had.

We have used our system for three months now and couldn't be happier.

Dave is a profession. Installation of water softer was fast and efficient.Very friendly.

The Wife and had a new RO system put in October of '23. The installation was very professional and timely. The technician also answered all our questions and was very knowledgeable about the product.

I contacted them off their Yelp page. I got a reply back pretty quick. Michael the owner texted me back. He answered all my questions and made me feel very comfortable about the softener I was purchasing. The price was great. I scheduled an install that week. Matt showed up on time. Very knowledgeable. He installed both the softener and osmosis system pretty quick. The service from start to finish was excellent. Would definitely recommend.

I went to the showroom on a Monday, met with Nikole and had an RO and water softener/conditioner system installed that Saturday.
David was on time, very knowledgeable and did an excellent job in a timely manner. Nickole was very knowledgeable and helpful.
Very happy with our new system! It's refreshing to find a company with excellent customer service! Highly recommend!

I got a quote from another company and it seemed high, so I called Rain Water of Las Vegas. Their serviceman David came over, gave me a quote at a much lower cost, and installed it on the spot. It's been working fine since then, 2 months ago.

I called first thing in the morning after my existing water softener was leaking and unable to be into bypass. The young women who answered the phone told me they were booked up that day and she would call a technician to see if they could fit me in. She contacted a technician and called me back in 15 minutes. The technician was at my house in 5 hours, evaluated the old system and explained to me where the problem was and gave me options for replacement. The replacement was finished in less than hour and they provided the salt for the new system. A huge thank you to the young lady on the phone and the technician. Overall a great experience. Thank you!
