Nickole was very helpful, provided plenty of information on the various systems, and answered my questions in a timely manner. Install and new user walkthrough were quick and easy. Our old unit wasn’t working so we called Rain of Las Vegas to come out and assess our unit. The part to fix it would have been $500 so we decided on a new unit Joe and a new trainee gave us our options and quickly got to work on installing UD 60. We are very happy with the new unit and the great work from Joe.
