The best investment for my condo. Both gentlemen that came where very professional,fast. The price for me was better than other six companies I called. Maintenance check was just as fast and worth the fee. My plants and appliances love the water.

Our existing water softener system quit working after 10 years. I reached out to Rain based upon positive reviews, and I wasn't disappointed. All their folks from the gal who answered the phone to the tech who installed were incredibly professional. I was good with the price too, and they never tried to unnecessarily upsell me. Whole process was 'pain free'. Highly recommend!

Great Water Softener Service

We had Joe come to replace our old water softener system and not only was he professional and polite, he was helpful in explaining how the new system worked, and sure to set it up before leaving. The company is very responsive and helpful. We are also happy the system is made in USA and comes with a great warranty. I highly recommend Rain of Las Vegas and we will have them service our reverse osmosis system too.

Getting a quote was super fast and easy and they answered all my questions. Wyatt installed the system and did a great job!! Would definitely recommend getting a water softener from RAIN - makes such a big difference on hair and skin. Top notch quality customer service from RAIN!

Not only was the system installed quickly and efficiently, the customer service from Wyatt was top-notch. Ever since we had the system installed at the house our drinking water, clothes washing, and showering has been elevated to a whole new level. I am a very detailed type and today am a very satisfied customer! Matt Padget was the technician involved. He took the time to check and double check (test) the quality of the water. It was determined the house existing system was not functioning properly i.e., not providing soft water, and although only 6 years old, the system had to be replaced! I thank Matt very much for taking the time to show me "why" the system had to be replaced. He went through the installation process of the complete new system in quite detail fashion which I appreciated. There were some hiccups along the way but he was well equipped and able to resolve all issues. Matt is a very proffesional individual, very competent, fully committed to the task at hand, and customer focused! He is a keeper, do not let him go! I look forward and will request Matt for any future routine service and/or maintenance. Money well spent! Thank you kindly for your excellent service!

Brand new system installed three weeks ago from Rain of Las Vegas and oh my God way better than expected. We love it thank you so much for the water is awesome. The competition is all about sales tactics and interest payments and whatever these guys are straight up honest thank you Rain Las Vegas

Recently had a water softener installed by Rain of Las Vegas. Was an excellent experience from the first time I called. They quoted a price on the first call and installed 2 days later. Replacing an old system from a business that could not even schedule a service call unless I waited a month. A recently retired from owing my own independent retail business. It makes a big difference to me how I am treated. The quality of the service was A+. Will be calling again when my drinking water system needs to be replaced. Keep up the good work!
