Our tech Matt was extremely helpful and beyond punctual.
We had a new RO system installed by Matt but I realized the tank was not filling up after he left. I called Matt and he came over ASAP and after some trouble shooting was able to determine the water/ice line to the refrigerator was leaking under the floor thus never allowing the tank to fill. I have since had that repaired and all is good with our RO unit from Rain.

Thank you Matt! I would always recommend Rain, when the time comes for the water softener to be serviced, I will be calling!

I’ve had three different water softeners from three different companies in the past nine years, and unfortunately, my garage has flooded twice during that time—with very little compensation. After doing some research, I came across Rain Water, a family-owned business, and that made a big difference in my decision. They are reputable, have been in business for many years, and truly stand by their work.

I visited their location and spoke with Matt, who was very knowledgeable. He took the time to show me different products and helped me find the one that was right for me. I made an appointment, and to my surprise, he was able to install it the same day and even hauled away my old unit!

I’m very pleased with my purchase, especially with the five-year warranty. Thank you, Matt and family!

I just relocated to NV and called Rain of Las Vegas about the water in my new house. They were incredible!! Shawn was here the next day, explained the systems, processes, and options. Then he was here 3 days later for the full installation that was done so well that it was a completely seamless transaction from start to finish in less than a week! This is a fantadtic, hands on company. I highly recommend Rain of Las Vegas!

After 10 we wanted to replace our RO system that Rain of Las Vegas had originally installed and serviced.

In August of 2024 we chose Rain of Las Vegas again.

Because we were able to trust in their knowledge and experience in the area of home water treatment systems.

We had a great experince in the purchase and installation of our new system. Our installlation technologist was knowlegable, professional and thorough.

We bought a house in 2025, and it had a softwater system with the Rain service sticker on it. Since the house was new to us, we wanted to have the system checked out. Called them, scheduled the service-professional, Technician arrived as agreed, was very professional and explained the system, offer to install an RO system for us, which we declined, and it was a pleasant experience. Once we moved into the new house (After we rehabbed it) the new fridge water tasted funny (Not related to the Softwater system), so we asked Rain to come back in and give us a quote for an R/O system. Again, very professional, showed up when agreed, gave us a quote, and installed the new R/O System on the spot. Pricing is good, people are good folks, and the service has been excellent! Definately recommend them.

Let me start by saying that we are repeat customers of Rain of Las Vegas, our first unit was installed in a home we had built in Boulder City 5 years ago. It was trouble free, the customer service was great and the water quality was excellent - even our ice cubes were crystal clear!

When we moved to Las Vegas there was no question about it; we had to have another Rain of Las Vegas water conditioner in our new home ASAP. The technician was communicative, on time and worked seamlessly to install the new unit. We had an old DIY unit that came in the house that did not give us better water and clear ice like we have now! We cannot recommend this system enough! It should be a must have for anyone interested in the best water possible in Southern Nevada.
